die große proteinfrage

Jinjee schreibt in ihrem täglichen Rundbrief "The Daily Raw Inspiration" in den letzten Tagen Folgendes:
Decades of meat and dairy propaganda have made Americans the world's most outrageous protein gluttons. The most frequent question vegetarians hear is, "Where do you get your protein?" The answer is, "Where do horses, cows, gorillas, elephants, and giraffes get their protein?" Corpse-milk-egg protein is secondhand protein, inferior in quality to plant protein. And all plants, even lettuce, have protein. Here again is George Bernard Shaw: "Think of the fierce energy concentrated in an acorn! You bury it in the ground, and it explodes into a giant oak! Bury a sheep, and nothing happens but decay! "

As we have been talking about the dangers of eating meat my friend Robert Yarosh of emailed this passionate and heartfelt note on the subject..... - unbedingt die bilder dort anschauen!!!

In addition, one would be wise to consider where one gets fiber. Not from animal products because there is no fiber in animal products; just artery clogging indigestible rotting festering dead meat and dead fat that feeds and develops into the deadly mold fungus and yeast doctors call cancer. The human digestive tract is designed to require fiber in order for it to work. With the fiber deficient diets filled with death and decay Americans have to carry around an average of 10 pounds of impacted indigestible fecal matter caked in the colon. Cooked and processed micro-waved to death rice, beans, tofu, wheat gluten, fake meat and cheese analogues and other favorite vegan foods do not help. That is as ridiculous in its own way as killing animals to eat their flesh. We are far from being a predatory animal with the huge fangs, claws and bone breaking jaws required to take down animals. Nor do we produce the massive amounts of hydrochloric acid required to break down the acid form ing animal flesh. We are simply not designed to eat meat just like a jet plane is not designed to run on 87 octane fuel.
